Compared with other Korean Coliving / Cohousing brands, GLOCALOCA has the most global DNA. Our team members used to live and work abroad. They are open to connecting with global people. When Glocaloca started the first foundation in Korea, no company was there fulfilling the mission of giving shared living places with coworking spaces. WeWork started to found its places in Seoul as well later FastFive. But still no Coliving space. From the years-long research of the founder and single team members joining the company step by step, Glocaloca has crystallized the core concept for Coliving and Coworking at the same time.
