- Cohousing, CoLiving explained
Many people ask us about the difference between Cohousing and Co-Living. In fact, the differences seem to be blurred. The crucial difference is that in a Cohousing environment a tenant group decides to share a living place and share equally the rental fee or related to the spaces of rooms inside. The tenant group organizes everything like Wifi, energy supply, redecoration, cleaning, etc.
In a Co-Living environment instead, the landlord or a service provider organizes everything for creating that kind of shared place. The tenants don’t have to organize anything. Just they live and pay the rental fee including some service fee charge.
Therefore Co-Living includes services that very often can be booked separately and adapted to personal requirements.
